Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open Sudoku Lumina and open Profile.
2. Open the Account backup section.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Complete fresh Apple or Google authentication if requested.
5. Review the permanent-deletion message and confirm.

The app detaches the matching purchase customer safely, removes cloud account data and the authentication account, clears account-scoped sync state on the device, and returns the game to guest play.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the in-app flow, email support from the address associated with your sign-in provider. Use the subject "Sudoku Lumina account deletion." We will ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

What is deleted

• The Firebase Authentication account used by Sudoku Lumina.
• Cloud-backed profile, progress, settings, unlock, sync, social, challenge, and leaderboard records associated with that account.
• The matching RevenueCat customer record used by Lumina, where configured.
• Account-scoped sync metadata on the device completing deletion.

What may remain

• Apple or Google purchase, subscription, tax, fraud-prevention, or refund records they are required to retain.
• An active Apple or Google subscription until you cancel it through the store.
• Privacy-safe records another player legitimately retains, such as a completed friend challenge result, where law permits.
• Information required temporarily to prevent fraud, secure the service, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.

Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Use your Apple or Google subscription settings for cancellation.

Guest and local data

Guest progress is stored on the device and is not linked to a cloud account. Account deletion leaves local puzzles available in guest mode. To remove local data as well, clear Sudoku Lumina app storage or remove the app from every device.
