Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Sudoku Lumina, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. You must be legally able to accept these terms or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Game license and ownership
Codeo Media Inc. grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sudoku Lumina for lawful entertainment on supported devices. The game, puzzles, artwork, audio, code, brands, and service content remain owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer except where law permits, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, interfere with service integrity, or use game assets to create a competing product.
Guest play and accounts
You can play as a guest. Optional accounts may provide cloud backup, social features, and account data tools. You are responsible for your provider account and for activity performed through it. Keep your device and provider credentials secure.
You may export or delete a configured account through Profile. Account deletion does not erase local guest data or records an app store must legally retain. See the account deletion page.
Purchases, subscriptions, and rewarded cosmetics
Prices, billing periods, trials, and renewal terms are shown by Apple or Google before purchase. Store rules govern billing, cancellation, refunds, Family Sharing, and payment disputes. Use Restore purchases to recover qualifying store-owned access.
Deleting a Lumina account does not cancel a store subscription. Optional rewarded ads, when enabled, grant only cosmetic currency or cosmetics and are never required for puzzle access, hints, lives, or streak protection.
Fair use and social conduct
If social, leaderboard, sharing, or friend features are available, do not impersonate others, harass players, publish unlawful content, manipulate rankings, exploit defects, or use automation to create an unfair result. Assisted and unassisted play may be separated to protect fair competition.
We may restrict abusive access, remove unlawful public content, invalidate manipulated results, or suspend online features when reasonably necessary to protect players and the service. Offline guest play may remain available where practical.
Changes and availability
We may add, improve, rebalance, or retire features and content. We will not intentionally remove a permanent paid entitlement without providing the remedy required by applicable law or the store. Online features can be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, provider outages, security needs, or unsupported devices.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sudoku Lumina is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees, privacy rights, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Codeo Media Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the game. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sudoku Lumina during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
